What equipment do I need?
We offer 4 formats, so there’s something for everyone. For the rebounding workouts, you’ll need a mini trampoline. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about which style of rebounder to purchase. We also use hand weights at most classes. I have a range of weights: 2lb, 5lb, 10lb, & 15lb, and I’ll recommend certain weights (light or heavy) during the class. I use a thick band (booty band) a lot as well, but this is an optional piece of equipment. Check out our Amazon Shop if you are looking for equipment recommendations.
are there workouts for beginners?
I try to make our workouts available to every fitness level and will offer modifications to bump up (or down) the intensity. We do have beginner videos for each format that we offer, so that’s a great place to start. Check out our Retrocise 101, Jump 101, & Tone 101 videos.
how much does it cost?
Our monthly subscription costs $19.80 (of course), and you can pause or cancel your membership at any time right from our app or website. We hope you are a member forever, but you won’t have to jump through any hoops to change your membership if needed.
what was your first concert?
I actually ask this question to members at my studio classes because it’s so fun to hear their answers. My first concert was Bruce Springsteen back in 1984! Send me a message and let me know what yours was.
